Traditional Thai Massage 

The basic form of the massage is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor  (no oils are used, unless neccessary). The technique involves putting gentle but firm pressure on the body with the palms and thumbs, as well as relaxing stretching of the limbs and back. In this way it works effectively on skin, muscle, the organs and the skeletal structure. Blood and lymph circulation is increased and waste substances are removed from tissues. The massage can be performed while fully clothed (light/thin garments only).  You are welcome to wear your own or we can provide suitable clothing for your sesessary

Thai Sport  Massage

Sport massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. This form of massage   help recovery by improving circulation and reduce muscle tension and to correct soft tissue dysfunction. Taking you from pain to performance and recovery from activity.

Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage

In Western culture today we spend a lot of our time in working environment. This could effect our body structure movement as well as mental and emotional stress , especially heads, neck and shoulder parts. This massage treatment can really help to calm the mind and is surprisingly deeply relaxing. Working with a firm and gentle pressure, it helps to relieve muscular discomfort and tension as well as calming the spirit and aiding relaxation. It also improves circulation in the head, enhances the senses and promotes clear thinking.


The massage usually begins with the upper back, where a combination of deep massage and pressure points help to relax the muscles and to loosen and melt knots. Moving through the shoulders and upper arms further releases the common spots for holding stress and tension, and then working deeply into the neck where tension accumulates relieves headaches and improves cerebral spinal fluid circulation. Moving up to the scalp, techniques are used that stimulate, relax and revive the whole of the head, increasing circulation and promoting healthy hair, leaving you relaxed, revitalised and re-energised. This is a very popular treatment, perfect for promoting a calm mind, a stress-free body and for maintaining optimum health.


This therapy can be performed without oils with the client sitting and fully clothed (although a light t-shirt or vest is best suited for the treatment).

                      Thai Foot Massage

Thai Foot Massage involves hands on stretching and graceful two handed palm movements, stretches, circular massage and thumb pressure up to and just above the knee, along with the optional use of a special Thai stick made out of teak to stimulate the reflex points. There is no need to undress as it only requires that shoes and socks/tights/stockings be removed.
